Enable tabular numerals for fonts

For notifications with often-changing numerals (such as Osmand’s trip recording notification), having the numerals in tabular mode will prevent the rest of the text from jumping around as the number changes. For most fonts, enabling the “tnum” feature will enable tabular numerals, making each digit from 0 to 9 take up identical width.
