Error al abrir cita en calendario de outlook

Al abrir una cita cuando la aplicación de correo es Outlook genera error, pero si la abro en la aplicación de calendario samsung si abre bien.

    Gracias por el informe y por el vídeo. Cuando el evento se abre bien en el calendario de Samsung pero da error con Outlook, normalmente se debe a qué aplicación está registrada en el sistema para abrir eventos de calendario. Puedes restablecer esa asignación siguiendo estos pasos: Reset default clock, calendar or wallpaper app.

    Si después de eso sigue fallando solo con Outlook, cuéntanoslo aquí en el hilo e indícanos qué dice exactamente el mensaje de error.

    When opening an appointment while the mail application is Outlook it produces an error, but if I open it in the Samsung calendar application it opens fine.

    Thanks for the report and the video. When the event opens fine in Samsung's calendar but errors with Outlook, this usually comes down to which app the system has registered for opening calendar events. You can reset that assignment with these steps: Reset default clock, calendar or wallpaper app.

    If it still fails only with Outlook afterwards, please tell us here in the thread and include the exact error message.
