Fallback to substring matching for apps search

Niagara tries to be smart about which substrings of an app are searchable, but this leads to issues like the following:

When trying to search for “VNC”, Niagara does not show apps like “RVNC” or “TSVNC”, but it does show “bVNC” after typing more than just “V”. I am fine with Niagara hiding substring results, but at least before returning nothing, it should return substring matches.
