False positive "cannot open app"

Although my apps open fine, if I go back home immediately after opening any app (within a second or so) I get a pop-up saying “cannot open app” from Niagara.

Please allow disabling this pop-up feature if our apps do open fine. The current system of detection if home screen is still open within a certain time captures false positives.
