Feature Request: Improve sidebar alphabetization/sorting for mixed-language app names

​Hi Niagara Launcher Team,

​I am a user of Niagara Launcher, and my app language is set to Japanese.

​Currently, when I download apps with Chinese names, they are all categorized under "#" in the sidebar. I believe the sidebar scrollbar should be compatible with sorting apps named in other languages, regardless of the system or launcher language being used.

​I hope this sorting logic can be improved in a future update. Thank you for your great work!
