filtered calendar checkboxes cannot be modified

When I long press the calendar widget and click “Filter events” it pulls up the checkbox list of my calendars with some checked and some unchecked based on previous selections. Now, however, no matter what I check or uncheck, when I exit the screen and go back to “Filter events” my changes are not saved.

My default calendar is Samsung calendar. I've tried restarting Niagara as well as my phone

Expected behavior:

I can modify the list of filtered calendars. This used to work

Actual behavior:

As of at least last week, my changes are no longer reflected
