Gesture navigation animation breaks when notification access is enabled

When using system gesture navigation, the launcher animation when returning from apps to the home screen is unstable and frequently disappears/skips entirely.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set Niagara Launcher as default launcher

2. Use system gesture navigation

3. Grant notification access to Niagara Launcher

4. Open any app and return to home screen using gesture navigation

5. Observe the animation behavior

Workaround Found:

The issue completely disappears when notification access permission is revoked from Niagara Launcher. With notification access disabled, animations work smoothly and consistently.
