Google Chrome icon automatically gets removed from favourites

I have been facing this issue from few months. Whenever I add google Chrome to favourites after few days the shortcut gets removed automatically. I will then have to edit my favourites and add Google Chrome again.

I am also facing the same issue if I assign Google Chrome as a shortcut on the Niagara search swipe up button.

Google Chrome is the only app which is giving me issue.

The issue keeps occurring every 7 to 10 days. I keep adding Google home again and again as my favourites and it keeps disappearing.
