To add an additional touch of minimalist you can either add a greyscale version of Niagara dots or put a switch in the option to change the whole interface to greyscale. In this way we can enjoy the minimalism of greyscale with Niagara and having the important apps in color mode. :)

A more minimal look with a gray theme overall while keeping launched apps colorful. With an upgrade to the Niagara Dots icon pack, they can be configured to be gray. Together with a gray background Niagara Launcher would appear grayscale.
