Thanks for writing in! Haptic feedback while scrolling the alphabet is device-dependent and has to be enabled, so it is worth checking Niagara's own haptics setting first. The steps and the devices it is known to be limited on are here: Haptic feedback.
If it is enabled there and your vivo still gives nothing while your Xiaomi did, please say so in this thread and mention the vivo model, that comparison is useful.
