Hello, I wish I could set the position (height) of the application display in the list. They appear too high on the screen when I browse the list. This makes using the phone with one hand more complicated because the thumb is too short to reach the first app on the list. Thank you

Thanks for the suggestion! There's something you can try right away: the whole home screen can be shifted down. Long-press the clock, tap Move widget, and use the slider arrows to move everything lower, which brings your first apps back into thumb reach. It's described here: Move clock.

If you mean the all-apps list instead, so where the letter categories appear when you scroll the alphabet, that's tracked as its own request: Allow adjusting start of categories in all-apps list for one-handed use. Upvoting there helps, since we work through requests roughly by upvotes.
