Here's Your Summary swipes away too easily

When I go to look at my notification summary in “Here's Your Summary", it comes up showing over part of the screen with the top notifications centered on your screen. This is great. The problem arrives when you scroll through the notifications and try to go back to the top, it swipes itself away WAY too easily. I might turn it off, it's that annoying.
