Hide apps in pop up folder

Could we add an option to hide apps in the full app list that are in a pop up folder? I have a games folder and I would like for all of my games to not clutter up the full apps list. It looks like this can be done manually already by hiding the apps one by on in the app list, but the option to just hide all apps in that folder would be nice
