home screen and text flickers

1. While i got to home screen from any app opened, the text on the main screen and apps flicker for very short time . Not that discomforting but kind of felt that home screen flickers for a fraction of second.

2. Also while trying to open the background apps/opened apps from the home screen, the transition and viewing of the opened apps is not that smooth.

3. Also please give an option for how all the apps should be opened, i personally don't like the side bar alphabets because they overlap with with the back button while swiping back from the left side of phone screen. I mean while swiping back the alphabets also interact and response, so it feels kind of hectic and disturbing.

   I just want option like swiping up to open all apps from home home screen and not the side alphabets. Just some multiple options as u imagine.
