Home screen notifications

Home screen notifications out of sync with system notifications and will not dismiss.

Tap on the right arrow to any home screen app to see notifications that are out of sync.

Attempto to swipe left on any notification or clear all notifications for an app and it shows the animation that it was tapped but it doesn't actually remove the notification that doesn't show in the system notifications when you swipe down from the top of the screen.
