Horizontal Align the Favorites

I'm right handed, so it's easiest for me to reach the bottom and the right of my phone. I also like the visuals of a horizontal row of icons at the bottom, which look like a Mac OS tray of icons. It also clutters my background wallpaper less, since it occludes an easily cropped out bottom rather than half of my wallpaper which is hard to crop out, with more precious space taken in portrait mode. Most wallpapers have dead space built into the visuals at the bottom too.
