I would like to remove the alphabet animation from the app list. Could it be simpler? I’m enjoying the launcher, as I was feeling uncomfortable with the Android interface. I was looking for something like Windows Phone 8 — minimalist — and this launcher reminds me of Symbian, which I really like.
