Icon Library scroll resets automatically – can’t reach icons beyond early letters

When trying to change an individual app icon using Niagara Launcher’s built-in Icon Library, scrolling through the list resets back to the top partway through. This prevents selecting icons beyond a certain point (e.g., past the letter D) because the scroll jumps back to the start each time. The icon picker should remember the scroll position and allow smooth browsing to the end of the list.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to an app on the home screen.

2. Long press and choose to edit/change the icon.

3. Open the Icon Library.

4. Start scrolling down the list of icons.

5. Observe that around halfway through, the scroll resets to the top automatically.

Expected behavior: The Icon Library should keep the scroll position stable, allowing full browsing without jumpin
