Icon Pack and Color change by themselfs
I set icons to Glow Chroma and to follow my themes color, and manually set the theme color to purple. Every couple days, sometimes its on the same day, sometimes a week goes by but the icons go back to default and the color changes to an orange thats nowhere on my phone but there, my theme is purple, my lockscreen is purple(text color also changes to that orange). This only affects Niagara Launcher, the my system ui still follows what ive always had.
Even after changing the icons and color back to what i set, the text in Niagara Ui is still orange.
Ive gone through multiple wallpapers and when it reverts it always reverts to that color specifically.

Thanks for the report, and the screenshot makes it plain: the icons still carry your purple, while every app name and the folder header sit in that orange.
You're not the only one seeing this. We have several reports of icon packs and the theme color resetting on their own, and nearly all of them come from Samsung foldables: Icon pack resetting when folding phone and Theme color. Upvoting those gets you the status updates, and it keeps the reports together where they help us most.
Your Z Flip 6 is why one detail would be worth a lot: in those reports the reset happens when the device switches between the inner and the cover screen. Next time it flips to orange, could you note here whether you had just folded or unfolded the phone? That the text stays orange even after you set the color back again is a useful piece too, so keep an eye on whether a restart of the launcher clears it.
