Icon Requests for Donation

Being able to request new icons for a small donation, i.e. $1 per app. Then apps/categories with enough requests get incorporated. Might be a bit it tricky in terms of how it would aggregate requests.

I personally would like this as way to continue supporting the app development.

There's some simple categories icons I would personally like to see: bicycle, medical app, bottle, glass, etc.
