Icons/widgets stutter on returning to the homescreen (Samsung ONLY)

I just returned to using my Samsung S24, and a familiar Niagara bug STILL exists. This issue is INTERMITTENT.

1. Return to the homescreen after using an app that is on the Favorites list.

2. Note that, SOMETIMES, the animation where the app “slides” stutters, or there is no animation, or the icon is slightly out of place.

3. Sometimes, the widgets are in the middle of the widget.

Clearly, there is some issue with the launcher when it comes to remembering and rendering the state of UI elements. I tried switching the Battery Optimization to Unrestricted and this didn’t help.
