In contact search, add buttons for phone and SMS

Similar to how Pixel Launcher’s contact search works, by offering the phone and SMS buttons next to the contact name upon searching it.

Sesame integration almost does this, but it creates new rows for each action. And since Sesame is being sunset, it may be a good idea to incorporate some of its most useful features into Niagara natively.
