Inbuilt blur option while setting a wallpaper

Finding a perfect wallpaper which is easy on eye yet not boring is difficult. In that case blurring a wallpaper gives it a cleaner, smoother look while preserving the colour. Now there is no perfect wallpaper blurring app in store. An inbuilt wallpaper blur option in the launcher will be great.
