Incorrect wallpaper scaling and distortion when Status Bar is hidden

When a custom wallpaper is set while the "Hide Status Bar" option is enabled in the settings, the wallpaper is incorrectly scaled. It appears that the launcher initially calculates the wallpaper's position and dimensions as if the status bar were still visible. It then stretches the image vertically to fill the entire screen height, which is now larger because the status bar is hidden. This results in a noticeable vertical stretching and distortion of the wallpaper. The issue is especially prominent on images containing faces or circular shapes, as they become unnaturally elongated.
