Individual discarding is broken in notification summary

In the notification summary I get, let's say I have 6 notifications from a single app. I want to discard a notification that doesn't interest me so I swipe right, and it's gone. Great so far…

The moment I swipe right to discard the second one (no specific order to it), the first one pops back in the list.

If the first notification I discarded was in expanded state since I was reading it, it will be added back in the same state as soon as I discard any other notification.

Not being able to clean the clutter is very frustrating for me since I have multiple notifications from multiple apps in my notification summary.
