Keyboard shortcuts not working

I have oneplus pad 2 running oxygen os. I shifted to niagara launcher.

Steps to create the bug -

1) Connect a keyboard via bluetooth

2) Use English US layout

3) Press Win + TAB

4) Error box appears - system launcher keeps stopping
