Launch an app/shortcut on swipe instead of opening pop-up menu

I want to be able to directly launch an app/shortcut upon swiping on an app instead of opening the pop-up menu with a single item.

My uses cases for this:

• open Phone/Dialog when swiping on Contacts

• open Shazam when swiping on Spotify

I don’t care about losing Quick Replies functionality in either of these cases: Contacts does not send notifications, Spotify has a media controls on the home screen already
