Sometimes the launcher will appear in small size, about quarter of the screen.
It is totaly functional and the apps run in full screen.

Thanks for reporting! The detail that a launcher restart puts it back is a useful one, because it points at a one-off wrong window size rather than at a setting that stays wrong.
Two things would help us chase it down: a screenshot of the home screen while it is small, and what happened right before it showed up. Split screen, an app that runs in landscape, or an external display are the usual suspects for a wrong window size, so if you notice it right after one of those, that is the piece we are missing. Your form already covers the device, the Android version, and that other launchers are fine, so nothing else is needed from your side.
