Launcher Haptics not working
Hi, paid user here.
Issue 1:
The haptic feedback toggle is enabled yet the haptics are not available when scrolling the all apps list. Previously, this wasn't the case.
System haptics are enabled. Just so, no slider to maximize vibration is available in the system settings.
Issue 2:
Apps like ‘SIM Toolkit’ doesn't remain hidden after hiding them. This is recurring no matter how many times you hide it from the list.

Others have added comments since I filed the bug report. That means it's not a one off or a single device issue.
In over 4 months no Niagra dev has acknowledged this and I don't know what In Review status at this means atp.

I have the same problem.
It worked with my old Xperia 1 VI but not with my new Redmagic 11 Pro.
Scrolling has no haptic feedback but when pressing the activate haptic feedback button it has haptic feedback once so i think there must be different ways to haptic feedback between pressing buttons and scrolling
edit: just tried the secret “/check vibration” command and it says my device doesnt support light vibrations
I hope there will be a way added so we can use normal vibrations instead cuz this feature is one of my favs
my haptics strength slider in the phones settings is on high

Same issue here. Switched to a new phone and launcher’s haptics don't work here. My previous device was One Plus 8 Pro (Android 13). New device is Nubia Z70S Ultra (Android 16). Haptics are enabled in the system settings.

Another user reported this on a Samsung Galaxy A33.
Haptics do not work in Niagara’s app list on the A33, but they work on his Galaxy A34.
Details:
Niagara 1.16.9 on both devices
Galaxy A33: Exynos 1280, One UI 8.0, haptics not working in Niagara’s app list
Galaxy A34: MediaTek Dimensity 1200, One UI 8.5, haptics working fine
System haptics are enabled and work in other apps on the A33
Haptics also worked in DNA Launcher, which has a similar alphabetical app list
So this may be device-specific or related to the haptic method Niagara uses for the app list.
