Let the user choose languge

Let the user choose the language used in the app.

Some strings, like Agenda’s time-to-event “in 2h”, translate poorly to some languages, e.g. in Finnish the above should be translated to “2 tunnin päästä” and not the current “2 tunnissa”, which, translated back to English, means roughly “complete in 2h”.
