Location search

The desired solution adds a search result type “location” for new search providers that return points of interest and details.

The location item would show the distance, name and direction and would open google maps or another mals app for navigation.

The first provider would show places in a configurable radius using openstreetmaps.

A second provider could show public transport departures at near bus stops etc.

In general the launcher seems to already have a quite sophisticated search bar with different types of search results.

I have attached an example search. Note that the rotation of the arrows update in real time using the devices rotation.
