"Look" is disappeared from settings

I cannot see “look” settings anymore. I cannot hide stays bar anymore, I cannot hide alphabets anymore?

What is going on with niagra recently? Am I tripping? Why did I pay for niagra launcher then? Refund me my money or let me know where are these settings hiding now?
