Esse comportamento já está registrado aqui: Icons jump on the home screen in some cases.

In English, the post says (translated):

When I go back to the home screen, the icon of the app I was using at that moment appears displaced from the place where it should be. It readjusts abruptly, I find it ugly.

Thanks for the report, and for the version correction!

This behavior is already tracked here: Icons jump on the home screen in some cases. Following and upvoting that post is worthwhile, since that's where the updates will show up.

If you can capture your screen while it happens, a short video on that post helps a lot. The effect is intermittent and hard to reproduce, so every new recording gets us closer to the cause.
