Matching visuals for left handed navigation

Have a toggle in settings to choose When touch navigating on the left side to have the vortical menu act as the right side version. This may not seem important to the developers but the tactile interactivity being missing for left handed users really is disappointing

Thanks for spelling this out. One thing worth saying first, in case it saves you something today: the alphabet is already fully functional on the left edge, it is just not drawn there, so scrolling the left edge reaches every app exactly like the right one does (Left-hand mode). What you are asking for is the visible half of that, which is a fair distinction to make.

The closest existing post is Left alphabet and shift same as right side but triggered by left swyping (In Review), and the broader one that collects left-handed requests is Left Handed mode (10 upvotes, In Review). Votes on those are what moves this up our list.

An honest heads-up so it does not come as a surprise later: a mirrored alphabet would overlap app icons and names while scrolling, which is the reason a full left-hand mirror has not happened so far. That is the current stance rather than a verdict on your post, and the team decides here.
