Media widget shows wrong media playing

When actively playing a podcast through AntennaPod, the media widget shows the correct information. When I stop playing, and come back to my phone a few minutes later, the media widget shows a weeks old podcast in Podcast Republic.

Steps:

1. Make sure the Media widget is enabled

2. Play a podcast with AntennaPod

3. Stop playback

4. Ignore phone for a few minutes

5. Turn screen on again.

6. At this point, the Media widget is showing Podcast Republic and a weeks old podcast.

7. If I open Podcast Republic, it shows a current podcast ready to play.
