"Minimal Utility Mode" for App List – Auto-Hide All Apps

Add a simple toggle in settings called "Minimal Utility Mode" that, when enabled, hides all apps from the main App List and automatically displays only the user's top 10 most-used utility apps (e.g., maps, payment/wallet, banking, calculator, notes, calendar, weather, email, camera, and phone dialer). This would exclude social media apps (like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter/X, Facebook) and entertainment apps (like YouTube, Netflix) to intentionally increase friction against doom scrolling and promote mindful phone use.

The top 10 would be dynamically determined based on the user's app usage data over the past 30 days (or a configurable short period), focusing on non-social/utility categories. If fewer than 10 qualify, show all that do. Users could access hidden apps via search or a secondary "All Apps" drawer that's one extra tap away.
