Misclassification of Russian 'Е' letter

Apps, which names start with Russian cyrillic ‘Е’ letter should fall into latin ‘E’ category. However, right now they fall into ‘Y’ category, which is wrong, since cyrillic Е sounds like English E.

Example app names from the screenshot: “Еаптека”, “ЕМИАС.ИНФО”.

Note: there is also cyrillic ‘Э’, which falls into E category; and cyrillic ‘Я’, which falls into Y category. This is completely correct, please don't break it :)
