Missing animation.
When I minimize an app to get to the desktop there's no animation. It's getting weird only when “Gestures” set as UI navigation, works fine with “Buttons”.

Could you please try this secret command: /toggle-close-app-animation?
You can try it by clicking on the link on your phone and opening it with Niagara Launcher or by typing
/toggle-close-app-animationinto the app search bar and hitting enter.This will enable or disable the animation when going back to Niagara Launcher after being inside an app.
If that does not work, please check whether the issue also appears on other third-party launchers, such as Nova Launcher or Lawnchair. If it does, then the problem stems from the system rather than the third-party launcher, meaning we cannot take any action to fix it. If that is the case, please contact the manufacturer and report the issue.

Hey thanks for looking into this. It’s a real problem. I think this issue is already verified to be an Android issue based on open tickets on the AOSP. This secret command did not seem to do anything at all on my Samsung. I’ve seen this issue on Galaxy and OnePlus. But my Pixel 7 did not seem to have the issue interestingly.
