Missing shortcuts for Play Store app

The Play Store app is missing its usual home screen shortcuts (“My apps” & “Collections”) on Niagara.

The shortcuts for the Play Store do appear in the OEM launcher and in other third-party launchers like Stario, and shortcuts for (at least some) other apps do appear in Niagara.

The issue persisted through a device factory reset I did a few weeks ago, so it's likely not isolated to my OS instance, nor my launcher instance.
