Move date/clock higher

For some reason, I cannot move my date/clock higher on the screen. On my Titan Pocket, which is a small phone to begin with, there remains 0.5cm of dead space between the date and the notification bar at the top. I would like to be able to move the clock up close to the navigation bar so that fewer apps on the favourites page don’t disappear below the bottom edge of the screen.
