Multiple favorite lists for different purposes

I have an idea I didn't know how useful it would be it's similar to work mode but would be for people that don't have a whole different set of accounts and such for work. An option for alternate favorites lists. Example at work I use messages, phone and my dispatch applications (tow truck operator), the application to log my mileage and unlock my fuel card, maps and that's it. so to be able to have one that has just what I use for work and another for the apps I frequently use when off work and a simple way to switch between favorites lists because I don't need a whole separate environment for work and home and I assume a lot of others done as well.
