Multiple vertical tabs & automated seating for new installs

Adding new apps to favorites feels like a chore, and new installs get buried and forgotten in the alphabet list.

It would be awesome if we could swipe horizontally to switch between 3-4 separate vertical app tabs, just like how we switch the widgets. And one of those tabs should automatically catch all newly installed apps by default so they don't get lost before we triage them.
