Music apps don't pop to the top on connecting bluetooth device

Previously, when connecting a Bluetooth audio device, Spotify would automatically move to the top of the app list on the Niagara Launcher home screen. For the past few weeks, this behavior has stopped. The app now remains in its regular position until the home screen is manually refreshed by navigating away and returning.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Set Spotify as your preferred music app.

2. Ensure you are on the Niagara Launcher home screen.

3. Connect a Bluetooth audio device (e.g., headphones, speaker).

4. Observe the app list order.

Expected Behavior:

Spotify should automatically jump to the top of the app list immediately upon connecting the Bluetooth device.

Actual Behavior:

Spotify remains in its current position until the user navigates away from the Niagara home screen and returns, which triggers a manual refresh and causes it to

appear at the top.
