Muzei based wallpaper update is no longer changing the color theme on Niagara 😥

Muzei is an app that allows you to change wallpaper at definite intervals. Earlier when the wallpaper changed (for eg: from red based pallet to blue based pallet), then the Niagara clock and button colours would automatically adapt to the colour pallate of the new wallpaper. After the introduction of themes, that's not happening anymore 😥 is this intentional? Can we expect to bring that functionality back?
