Thanks for the screenshot, the error message tells us the cause. HTTP 503 means the service that provides the weather data did not answer the request on our side, so this is not a setting or a permission on your phone. There is nothing for you to change there.
The identical error was reported on September 10 from a completely different device (Realme, Android 13): Wheather not showing (In Review). Upvoting that post gets you notified when its status changes. Worth trying once more now, and if the same error still comes up, please say so here in the thread.
