Would be really cool. For now you can go to the section at the bottom to see your “latest installs” but I also think a dot next to the letter where it's added would make it more intuitive. It should also not harm the minimalistic look of Niagara Launcher..

I'd say a small blue dot beside the app icon (left side outside the icon alignment) till the app is opened for the first time.
That would be a great add-on.
It's a hassle sometimes to find the app in the list when you leave it to install over a long period and don't remember the name later on. Gets irritating if the app list is very long.
