newly installed app is not displayed
If an app is installed, it will not be visible in the launcher afterwards. It will only be displayed after restarting the launcher, and the same applies to uninstalling it.

I'm having the same issue and am also using a Google Pixel 10 Pro. Wonder if that's telling.
