Niagara Button ignores custom icon

I set the tap action of the Niagara button to open some app. I didn’t like the icon Niagara assigned to this app and changed it (using Anycons). In the app list the icon is displayed as expected, but the Niagara button still shows the original icon, not the one I set for the app. I can only enable the pro badge, but I’d like my custom icon to be shown.

Not sure if that’s a feature request (choosing the Niagara button icon) or if it’s a bug (unexpected /wrong behavior to me). Feel free to re-categorize this issue.
