Niagara Button lacks visual feedback on tap and swipe-up gesture is unreliable

When tapping the Niagara Button, there is no visual feedback or touch animation to indicate an interaction occurred. In addition, the swipe-up gesture on the button is very inconsistent (registers roughly 1 out of 5 times) and also lacks any responsive animation or visual cue when triggered.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable the Niagara Button and assign actions to both tap and swipe up.

2. Tap the Niagara Button on the home screen and observe the lack of press/click animation.

3. Perform a swipe-up gesture on the button and observe that it frequently fails to register or trigger the assigned action.
