Allow manually selecting anycon used for Niagara Button (issue #2672 on Github)

After a year I’m wondering what happened to this issue?

    I just selected the Google Wallet app as tap-action and it displayed a completely wrong icon, in fact I think that lots of apps I tried to set, the launcher ends up displaying somethiing else instead of the selected app’s icon. it would be really nice if this gets fixed.

    I’m really glad to see that the issue is finally solved. I don’t even need manual selection :-)

    Absolutely. Came here to suggest this. If not selecting manually why not display the appropriate one from the icon pack or at least the app's own monochrome one?

      Hi there, this is now supported with Niagara Launcher 1.14.0! Manual selection is still planned though.

        Upd: is there a way to show third party icon pack icons on the button?

          Thanks for the question.

          There is no option for using a third-party pack's icon. This is because most icons with complex colors and surfaces will not look good on the button background of the Niagara button.
